Message: That John Crowley person is not forthcoming with the truth. I happened to be present that day and I heard the entire conversation. He already had the vehicle for over 2 years and his alternator stopped working and was looking for Joe to lie to the warranty company. Joe told him his warranty had expired and was willing to have a repair man repair it for less than the normal price. John starting cursing Joe out and was very disrespectful and rude towards Joe. John also acknowledged his warranty expired and still insisted that Joe call up and fabricate a story about when the alternator stopped working. John you literally made yourself look like the little child you are by what you did. Joe even told you that when he called you before your warranty expired that you could have renewed it but no you chose not to. Do not blame Joe for your issues he sold you a car and a very good car with a two year warranty. Your warranty was up for expiration and you even admitted Joe called you before it expired and asked if you’d like to renew it and you admitted that you declined. That was no hear say you both spoke about that while I was at the shop. John maybe one day when you’re older you’ll understand how any warranty works! Why would you post don’t buy an extended warranty? If you did you wouldn’t have any problems the warranty would have covered it. Your review is childish and maybe you shouldn’t be driving if you can’t afford the repairs. You should be grateful Joe went above and beyond for you. Joe even helps many people out so they can drive a car with in-house zero percent interest. I want to say Joe Brown Sr and his son Joe Brown Jr went above and beyond last week. I went in to look at vehicles and the father was nice enough to have me test drive 7 vehicles that I was interested in my price range. The son then proceeded to get the keys and accompanied me in test driving them. After driving them I fell in love with this Jeep and Joe Jr went over the price and the payments which are zero percent interest if I elected to do in house financing. Joe Jr offered me this warranty plan which was an amazing deal and the father chimed in and offered me a better plan if I did in house financing. I can’t see how anyone wouldn’t want to do business with them. Talk about going above and beyond is an understatement! That Juan person that gave a 1 star must be confused with another dealer because I didn’t see any of that when I dealt with Platinum. I want to thank Joe Sr and Joe Jr for their outstanding professionalism and making an amazing deal which was in my price range. They even offered me food while waiting to get the paperwork completed and the pizza was amazing. A+ all the way that Juan person is definitely mistaken and I didn’t see any of that. They were open and honest about everything and there were no secret or hidden fees like those big car dealers, this is a family business and they are with you from the beginning till the end.

Message: Very helpful, great value on car. Definitely take care of you whenever you have questions or concerns. Highly recommend getting the proguard warranty, really came in handy. joe at platinum motors takes care of his costumers 110%!

For those of you like me, with bad credit, this is a place where you can buy a car and finance it at the same place. Also comes with a fantastic 2 yr warranty. I felt like it was a good deal and if you put half of the price of the car down, there is no credit check or high interest payments. I felt like I was a part of the family at this family owned business. I have already recommended this place to several people. Its a small lot but he gets new cars all the time and only deals in quality vehicles.
