Message: I needed parts for my 2003 Buell xb9r, they are rare and parts are hard to come by. So I went to the source. The people at the parts department were friendly and very knowledgeable. they easily found and ordered my parts for me, at a very reasonable and fair price I might add. After which I was informed about all the events they have on location. They have a very family friendly environment and a nice selection of all American muscle

Message: I have visited a lot of Harley Davidson stores. I travel for work and collect poker chips at every store I pass along the way.. At first, I thought wow the staff is friendly. Then I find out the staff I was talking to was actually one of the owners of the store. Heather was extremely down to earth willing to assist however she could. Her husband and co-owner, Mario was also knee deep in assisting customers inside and outside of the store. You could see the passion for the customer’s satisfaction in both of them. In the few minutes chatting with Heather, several customers came by waving, thanking and hugging her for what she had done for them. I don’t live anywhere near this store. I can tell you with the professionalism and customer satisfaction driven goals Heather and Mario present, their store is there for the long haul. Stop by, shop, talk and feel the energy in this small town HD store. Visit on Saturday’s for breakfast and attend a Dealership ride event! I Hope to make it back here again someday. Keep up the good work, Heather and Mario!

Message: On April 4, 2023 I went into the Harley dealer in Branford and the owner was very knowledgeable of things inside the place. She was very nice to me as a customer she spent time with me not rushing me off and that’s real appreciative. She’s very customer friendly like to give her a five star review, and I will be doing business with that company because the way that the owner treated me. She didn’t have to sit with me and talk with me. She could’ve sent me to another coworker but she didn’t and that means a lot. We need more people like this owner. customer service is everything.

From Gordon who stayed late for us to get the paperwork done to George in parts who always lays out all the options, and of course we could never forget Mario and Heather, all of you are just an awesome group of people. Freedom Road really treats you like part of the family and that’s why we won’t go anywhere else! 2 years, 2 bikes…Let’s see what 2024 will bring!

Message: If your a rider or about to become one, you most be ready to have a new family. Great customer service, is a privilege to meet the manager and introduce to the owner. My wife and I had a great experience. They took the time to walk us through every detail and made sure we was happy with the purchase. Thank guys and also thanks to the kid at the part dept. Which took the time to also walk me through the bike and showing me his ride. That's what's up.
