We took the hour and a half ride sitting in traffic.. got to Danbury sports and walked out with the bike. The service was something you don't see very much of lately. Message: Inquired about a motorcycle via phone call. Matt was the salesman that helped me out. He was very prompt and helpful during the whole experience, especially because I was coming from NJ. Wound up driving the 2 hours to purchase the bike from them. The whole department was super helpful loading the bike up also onto my friends truck and even hooked us up with some free straps. Overall, 10/10 and would def go back if buying another vehicle.

Message: Oh man, I got inside with hopes somebody will have lots of information and got nothing, a dude just told me go online. A good advice for a business is to have a good work ethic: Hey welcome to Danbury sports, what are you looking for, we have great deals, that's an excellent bike, do you want to see numbers, and more and more more. Unless your business is doing so good you don't care but every customer counts. So we walked out and went to different dealership.

Message: I have been buying ATVs and bikes for almost 20 years from them. Staff has changed somewhat, but ownership is the same. Last couple were from Matt who was super helpful in the whole process. Wasn't too pushy (like some salespeople can be) and let me think about everything before finally deciding what I wanted to do with my purchase. Will buy again from them.

Message: Was looking for a 2023 yz250f everywhere and couldn’t find anyone selling one. Reached out to Danbury power sports and spoke with Matt to find out they had one and within 2 days I was picking it up. Barely had to do anything but give a little information over the phone and then go pickup my new bike when I was able to. in and out of there in 10 minutes, Definitely easy and laid back and smooth to deal with and it’s cool to know Matt is also a local rider sharing a passion for bikes as well and isn’t just some salesman that doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Highly recommend checking them out and grabbing yourselves a new toy.
