Town Fair Tire

Message: I had a great experience at the Derby Town Fair Tire recently. I had called to order new tires early in the week and had made an appointment to have them installed on Friday afternoon. As soon as I walked in the door, Ricardo greeted me and checked me in for my appointment. After sitting for a few minutes, Ricardo called me up again and told me that although they had the tires I ordered, he also had a set of much better tires that had briefly been installed on another clients car before it was determined that they weren’t the ones that client wanted. I ended up getting these much better tires for way less than what they actually cost and much less than the ones I ordered initially. Ricardo saved me almost $400 and the installation was done quickly. They definitely went above and beyond to save me money and provide a great experience.

When i went to pick up my car, Ricardo explained everything clearly to me, answered all of my concerns of my car, and even took my car back and did a few touches upon my request with just a few minutes till close. This approach allows customers to select the right tires without feeling rushed. If the store is crowded and it's not an urgent situation, I suggest returning at a later time if you prefer not to wait. TFT consistently offers the most competitive prices, and the quality of their workmanship is always exceptional. When you visit, I highly recommend asking for Ricardo.
