Message: I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and personal touch that John delivers. There are closer mechanics to my house but it's worth driving the extra distance. They give great explanations of what is happening mechanically and don't try to upsell. I trust them 100%.

The service here was quick and efficient and never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. The staff explained everything in detail and even broke it down so that I, a non mechanic, could understand. In addition to great work they advised on additional service without being pushy. I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on for all my automotive maintenance.

Additionally, I've always felt treated like a person and not just another source of profit there. They would go out of their way to provide us with helpful advice or to perform some extra checkups free of charge, and they've always given us a straight answer whenever we have questions. We can always rely on them for quick and honest service, and they will be my first choice whenever I have car issues.

Message: Great team. Cool people. Took quick inventory of my car's issue and understood what needed to be done right away. Gave a date to bring the car in, when the day came, got the car in quickly. They did great work beyond standard by not only fixing the issue, but taking the initiative to solve another minor issue they noticed during the job free of charge.
