Message: I love auto zone bc they will come out and diagnose ur car for free, plus u can rent certain tools, and they have everything, instore they have a huge selection of tools, car detailing, batteries u name it u can probably find it if not they can get it. I love this place bc thier staff is awesome and very knowledgeable in anything to do with cars trucks van ect. So Def go get that light on ur dash checked out for free so u can get it fixed asap b4 it costs u an arm and a leg. well yall another review to help the community, so as I say if any of my reviews are helpful or informative to yall pls come back and give me a like share or short review would greatly appreciate it. Message: Great service as always! My lawn mower battery has been sitting there for a few years and I had no idea whether I need to buy a new one or not. Today this AutoZone store helped me charge it and it turned out that the battery is good. All free of charge! Thank you the nice lady at this store!

Message: Center brake light was out and couldn’t figure out how to change it out because I have butter fingers but the amazing employee here named Anysha was AMAZING! Helped out super quickly and was patient while I nervously looked on. Definitely come here for their amazing service!

Message: I called ahead to check stock for headlights that I needed. Later, I arrived at 8pm in under 40 degree weather. Nati and Alex stood outside in the dark for nearly half an hour to support and assist me in changing my low beam lights. Throughout, they were nothing but kind, polite, and good spirited. A breath of fresh air from young professionals, and wonderful experience for a late night human in need. Kuddos to them and keep it up!

Message: I don't know if this was posted, so here it is again. I want to be sure Auto Zone and its consumers know this location and its employees are top notch! On Saturday afternoon, September 10, 2022, while driving in the rain, my driver’s side windshield wiper stopped working; I was practically driving blind and was scared to death. Someone I had stopped for help suggested the wiper arm might just need to be tightened and that I should go to an Auto Zone or someplace similar. I am so happy I did. I was expecting to have to replace the entire arm of the wiper but, as it turned out, the arm was loose, as was suggested.. I found an Auto Zone on Bridgeport Avenue in Milford and was told they really don’t do anything like I was asking but the young man was nice enough to come out to look at my wiper. He must have realized I was in trouble. He went back into the store and got a tool, hoping all it needed was a tightening of the wiper arm, and it was – it fixed the problem. I tried to tip him but he wouldn’t take anything. I want Auto Zone to know that it has a good and compassionate employee working for it, regardless of its rules. I wish I had gotten his name but kudos to him just the same; he knows who he is. Thank you!
