Message: The only bad news about dealing with Suburban is that they are miles from the water. One of the good things is that they are miles from the water. Not only is it closer to home but the location seems to give them a price advantage over waterfront dealers.. They pulled and replaced my 500HP Mercruisers this summer so I could have some glass work done. I cannot say enough about their expertise, communications, and especially their willingness to absorb their mistakes rather than blame the customer. Even when the source of the fault was not clear.. Over the course of my experience I had the opportunity to talk to quite a few of their other customers. Not one of them had an experience different than mine.
