Message: I really liked my experience at Kia Napoli of Milford. I did not have to much free time on my hands to shop for a new car. I was paired with the salesman name Robbie who was wonderful, sweet and friendly. He explained everything very well he was fair and I felt in good hands with him enough that I did not even bothered to go shopping elsewhere for a new car. I bought the car the same day! Everything went smoothly to the manager of the place and true Maurice who takes care of the financial department. I am very happy with my new 2024 K5 kia and I highly recommend them.

Message: Normally having to go to get your car serviced is a drag. Not here. I actually look forward to it. I bring my laptop and hang out in their nice lounge. The service associates are super friendly, honest and don’t try and push unnecessary service or service that is too early in the maintenance schedule. Scheduling is easy on their website. Not that I’m in the market for a car, but just walking around inside to kill time is fun. They have massive inventory. I’ll keep looking around at my next service appointment.
