Message: Took me on short notice back in November to do a brake job. It turned out there was an issue when I heard squealing 6 months later. They covered it under warranty with no hassle, took me immediately when I showed up, and fixed the issue. While I was there I also asked for an oil change. When I went to pay for the oil change, Justin wouldn’t accept my money, despite my insistence. Clearly he wanted to make sure I knew that not only are they honest, but they value their customer’s experience. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend.

Message: I found this place on Google when we moved to CT since I was done getting ripped off by dealerships. Every time I've been there, they got me out within 30 minutes versus the 3 hour wait at the dealership. The staff here are great!

Message: Needed a alternator swap out. They had to move the compressor to get to it. Forgot to recharge the compressor after the fact. No AC after I got it back. Had to go to a shop local to we to get it recharged. Awaiting a check for reimbursement. Will update my review at that time. Update. They reimbursed me with a check. Honest mistake and they took care of it. Nice work!

Message: I moved to Norwalk 3 years ago with a 150K+ mile truck and Briggs has done all the repairs here that I would call quality and correct. From front rotors and brakes, to helping with possible starter issues, to offering honest repair advice instead of overcharging, they have been reliable. You pay a little more than lower end shops but you get 3x the value. For oil only changes too, the price is unmatched!
