Message: Performed service on time and didn't try to up-sell me anything extra. Price to replace pads and rotors was very reasonable and much lower than what dealership and Midas quoted me. Front desk very friendly. Only thing is they charged me $40 to swap snow tires already on rims, and I would have thought they would do that free of charge since they already had the wheels off for the brake service. Seems like something that could have been complimentary in this situation.

Message: I have had many good experiences at Hank May's. From reasonably priced quality tires, and quality oil changes. In addition, they operate a State of Connecticut Emissions Testing Facilities, usually I am able to get our cars inspected fairly quickly.. The staff is helpful in assisting you to resolving most car problems. I have found that their work is quality and fairly reasonable in price.

Message: I was there around 3:30p, grabbed a ticket number and sit there for a short time, maybe 5 to 10 minutes, until I was called to pay for the emission test fee. Customer service was great and very friendly. It took probably another 10 to 15 more minutes until my car was done. It is very difficult to find a place like this to get quick and super friendly staff. I definitely recommend it:).
