Message: Door was locked an hour after they were supposed to be open. I was stopped in the parking lot to let me know they were there. They made some suggestions for my car (which were actually wrong) after a failed battery issue. Glad I didn't have to buy anything, but lost a bit of confidence. The staff was extremely nice though, but the experience I had wasn't great up to that point.

Message: Jasmine P provided outstanding customer service and helped me with a seat cover, and when it was uncomfortable and I returnd it, she was still all smiles and friendly service. More people need to be like her. I will be back because of her service. I really wanted to fill out the survey just to give her credit, but that survey is the creepiest I have seen and a HUGE violation of personal privacy, asking about my grandchildren and ages. Why? Its an auto store. Creeps. Asked my slary and all kinds of personal stuff and the survey was just beginning. Just gross. Whats wrong with these people?.

Message: This is for the woman who answered the phone today (10/14/21) at 7:38AM—thank you SO MUCH for your iconic customer service in locating my UPS package.. I called about a package that I never was notified via UPS was rerouted to this store, inquiring if it indeed was being shipped back to the sender. Whoever answered the phone was very kind, especially given that I can only assume having to deal with people's UPS packages is a very annoying part of this job. She took time to look for the package, and unfortunately our call got disconnected.. I assumed my package wasn't there and figured I'd triage with UPS.. To my surprise, despite having not left my number, this woman called me back about 20 minutes later to say she was sorry that she got sidetracked with helping a customer in store but to confirm that she didn't find my package.. I feel like customer service these days is absolute TRASH. You'll go to a restaurant and order your entire meal on an app, or everyone is in a bad mood and treating each other with a lack of patience and disdain.. It was such a small gesture to call me back AND in a good mood, but it really started my day off on the right foot. Whoever the woman was that answered my call—I wish you the best and hope you get raises and promotions wherever you go because you are clearly a conscientious worker and a kind person.. Thanks again.
