Message: Mack, Tim and the entire crew are amazing. They keep my car in tip-top shape, and I do a lot of driving so I visit them regularly. They are excellent diagnosticians, and there hasn't been a problem that they couldn't fix.

Message: Quick response time in the cold weather. The tow driver was a gentleman. First cold snap and my car wouldnt start. Thank you for being so nice.

Message: My car got towed and dropped here. I'm sure experiences with the shop depend on who's behind the counter, but the night shift guy was great. He gave advice on paying the ticket, and my car was dead when I went to pick it up so he helped me jump it. I was having a rough night, and I think he picked up on that and went out of his way to be helpful.

Message: Really good local shop. Quick to take care of my car issues and fast with getting the parts needed. Handled my warranty policy with ease and got my car back within same day. I left a ton of stuff in my car I even think I left my go pro and nothing was stolen or unaccounted for (as per another reviewer). Seemed like good people. Good experience. Recommend.

Message: These guys are awesome. We live several states away and got had a breakdown on the highway at night. Vito, one of their drivers, came to get us. He was very personable, courteous, genuinely helpful, and made a big effort to work with our insurance company. The most impressive part was the next day - the owner spent over an hour locating a power steering pump for us at a regional junkyard and had us up and running that afternoon! We were absolutely shocked at how inexpensive the repair was - about half of what we expected. Overall, we were very impressed with their professionalism; they helped us quickly, for less money than we anticipated, and communicated well through the process.
