Message: I called ahead about some wipers that, I learned today, are hard to find. Kevin answered the phone and had them waiting for me when I got there. I'm not usually one to ask for help when it comes to simple things like getting wipers attached, but since I was in somewhat of a hurry, I quickly asked James, who was also working, to help we with the clips. After finding the adapters I chose weren't correct, Kevin jumped right on it to get the right ones attached and installed. 5/5 would visit again.
