Message: Great experience from the first time I stepped in the store. Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. This is my first scooter and didn't even know what to ask or how to determine what was right for me. I was asked a bunch of questions as to where I'd be using the scooter, what kind of riding I'd be doing, etc. Ended up with a great deal on a Kymco People GTI200. Communication with the store was flawless, process was a breeze. They took care of registration for me. Delivery process was easy and Dr. Mike went over the entire scooter with me at delivery and gave me some great suggestions on riding. Beginning to end, the purchasing experience was pleasant, efficient, and smooth. I will be back here for my next scooter and I highly recommend.

Message: What a great buying experience at Vespa Hartford! The name "Scooter Centrale" really hits the nail on the head! They had everything I needed and wanted. Truly a one stop shop from sales to accessories and service. The experience, knowledge and enthusiasm of their sales team were excellent. I felt completely respected and well taken care of. When we first decided we wanted to purchase Vespas, I did extensive research on where to buy scooters in the New England area. I found the website for Vespa Hartford to be very user friendly with lots of answers to my questions. I was able to look at what they had in stock and learn more about features that may be important to me. When I went down there to look around, I felt prepared and everyone was really helpful & knowledgable. I asked a lot of questions and never felt like I was bothering anyone. I really like their selection of accessories as well. I ended up buying a 2014 Primavera in red and I love it! I also ended up purchasing a helmet and gloves from them because they had so many great choices. I will definitely go back to Vespa Hartford for service visits. I feel comfortable with them and trust that they know what they are doing. They earned my business by taking such good care of me. This place is much more upscale than what you may be picturing for a scooter dealer. It had a really cute boutique vibe about it. As with everything in life, there were some issues, but they were taken care of quickly and without hesitation. They just wanted to make things right and fair.. Beside a fantastic sales team, Peter in the service department is one of the kindest and knowledgeable individuals I have dealt with in a long time. Message: Had a GREAT experience with Vespa Hartford. I bought a Genuine Stella Automatic, which is an absolutely fantastic scooter, and worked with Dr. Maroon and Marcie. They would not have been more helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process! It was clear from the start that they were concerned with my satisfaction as well as being very reputable in their work.. This was my first time purchasing a scooter or motorcycle or anything of the sort, so I was a bit nervous about being taken advantage of, but they could not have been better to work with.
