Message: Every other person here is super nice and normal. But then when I was left alone with that old front desk Karen I felt immediately uncomfortable and she made me wish I had never gone there. Even though this is the only place I've taken my cars to and my friend's cars for emissions. I'm sorry if relieved it's not just me that feels this way. Thankfully I was done really quick and had no issues with anyone else. But if she's there, I suggest not bothering.
