Message: Absolutely brilliant experience! I got stranded in the Caraluzzi's Georgetown Market car park (next door) with a dead battery. Fortunately these guys were close. They downed tools and tried jumping my car (no luck), battery was fried. Tried calling my insurance co. for roadside assistance to tow the car to the dealer but then my iPhone died. They let me borrow a charger. After being told I'd need to wait 1. 5hrs for assistance I asked if they could possibly install a battery for me. They took their time to lookup, find the part and then bring it next door to my car and fit it. All at a very reasonable cost. Certainly cheaper than my dealership that's for sure! Lots of people are quick to complain about bad service, but I like to take the time to complement good service. These guys definitely went out of their way this morning and after getting into Newark airport on a delayed flight at 2am last night I really appreciated all their help at 7am this morning! Great experience and service!
