Message: I needed new Wiper blades. I went into the store and asked the gentleman if he could help me replace them. Without hesitation he asked me what kind of car. I told him, he gave me my options and I paid for them. Together we walked to my car and he put them on for me. Now that's good customer service. His name is Jose. Don't lose him.

Message: I need to tell you what happened to me. I replaced my battery on my truck. The clerk offered to install it for me. I agreed. However she wasn't supposed to and ended up installing it wrong. So my truck frequently died, and I'd need to have it jumped every day sometimes multiple times a day. I finally returned to the store and was met by Dave. Who was so helpful, it's amazing they still have personnel from the generation that took pride in their work ethic. He came out to my truck tried all that he could. Then had Robert come out and help. Without success. Finally Dave swapped out the battery and Robert explained that the first battery was installed wrong. So he replaced this one and made sure everything was tightened and functioning properly. I haven't had any issue since. This store is my go to from now on. They take customer service seriously!
