Message: So easy to work with from start to finish. Great deal, great service. Bought a 2020 BMW 330i. They sent me their out-the-door price (with fees) ahead of time, which I thoroughly compared to others in the area, and it was competitive, but maybe not the lowest (Their financing rate was better than I'd gotten ahead of time). Called to test drive, car was waiting. They assessed my trade (2014 BMW 328) and gave me a very generous offer. I continued shopping for a day or 2, then called and we negotiated a final offer, which I accepted. They dropped and picked up the car at a nearby mechanic I chose for pre-purchase inspection, and fixed the issues in the mechanic's report (including 4 new tires, only 1 had low tread) the same day without me even asking. Went back to sign papers and pick up car; again very smooth and efficient, no pressure to buy other products (extended warranty, etc. ).

Message: In general, I look forward to the process of buying a new car about as much as I enjoy going to the dentist. But even though I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle, when I personally witnessed how another family members purchase went, I purchased a mint STI the next day! Everybody there were friendly and professional, from sales and management to the mechanics. They don’t just want to make a sale, they want to make sure you are happy “AFTER” the sale! Everything on both vehicles we purchased was gone over, from fluids and filters to brakes and tires and everything in between. They did this so we could leave the dealership worry free! I rarely leave reviews, but there’s guys all deserved one!

Message: Once the insurance settled after a car accident my Man was in we knew it was time to shop around for something affordable but worth financing. We shopped around for about a week before we came across Highline website. We applied on line and Alex text us right away to schedule an appointment. We found a Nissan Maximum 2020. The application was online, the paperwork process was quick and fast. Listen we brought the car Jan 19 2023. It’s now April and the car is great still runs smoothly.
