Message: My project was to swap my roller trailer for bunks. Not having a clue where to start, Barry and Ryan stepped up and assisted tremendously with my transformation. Without their knowledge regarding the structural integrity of how a trailer works in regards to the weight being put on it, I would have failed. Thanks again guys.

Message: Great shop, these guys know their stuff. I have had two hitches installed at GH Trailer over the years and they always do great work. Both were installed on new vehicles and the end result looked like it came that way from the factory. Very communicative, easy scheduling/quick turnaround, and all around good people to deal with. I learned they do trailer repair too so I will be bringing my boat trailer there as well.

Message: First class operation! Barry and the crew turned out my used Karavan trailer in a week for transporting. my new/used boat to Florida. My trailer needed the works, brakes, lines, controller, new tires, bearings, lights. They used all top quality parts as well. They were very conscientious in keeping involved with whole process! Message: I had just purchased a jet ski and trailer privately and as I set out to leave from my purchase, I drove less than half a mile before the axel for the tire on the trailer broke almost completely off. Eric's towing in Old Saybrook flat bedded the ski and trailer over to G&H trailers for me. The guys at G&H took my new purchase in and assured me that they would handle the repairs in short order. Needing a new axel and new wheel hubs plus all the new hardware won't be an easy pill to swallow. With any luck, I could be set by Friday 8/6/21 but definately by 8/10/21. Fingers crossed is all I can say.

Message: This business is beyond fabulous. Barry in the front store, Wes & his technicians-competent, empathic & highly skilled. We limped into the shop with a blown hub, they diagnosed, fixed & had us back on our way to vacation in roughly 2 hours-having done all four tires! I knew we were in great hands when they didn’t even tell us to leave the boat & trailer & find something to do!

Message: I've been buying trailers and having them serviced at G&H for eight years. I'm in the process of purchasing my fifth trailer now. Fantastic prices on quality trailers (Suretrac and Integrity) with service and know how to back it up. Highly recommend.

Message: The owner, John, is very friendly and in the store most of the time. They sold me a leftover previous model year cargo trailer under cost. This was a great deal for me but I feel like they started treating me like I owed them something after the sale when I was trying to purchase accessories. I have sent an email to the owner explaining my frustration. This review could get better depending on the response. We shall see.
